1. No black impurities, the die head should be washed cleanly, and no charred plastic will fall into it. If it can be found by the naked eye, it must be removed immediately.

2. The paper tubes of the stretch film must be aligned, not one side is long and the other is short, and the standard for leaving blanks on both sides is about 1 cm.

3. Minimize the surface wrinkles on both ends of the stretch film wrapping film and the white pressed lines in the middle

Fourth, the broken edge of the stretch film should be cut neatly. If the cut is uneven, it cannot be shipped as a finished product, including the two ends must be neatly rolled when making the goods, not more on one side and less on the other.

5. Pay attention to protect the edge of the stretch film when packing, and do not collide and cause the edge to break and cause quality problems. (As long as there is a little crack, it will cause the customer to use the stretch film. At the same time, there must be no burrs.
